As she cared for her aging parents, supported her husband through illness, and continued serving her family and community, she found strength in her faith and often says she could not have done it without the Lord being her Rock.
That story is reflected in the name Rachel Rock. Inspired by a stone collected from the shores of Lake Superior at Pancake Bay, Ontario, the Rock symbolizes strength, protection, stability, and the belief that we are supported by something greater than ourselves. Rachel Rock Healthcare Staffing was founded by Ndakaiteyi Magunda Siriya, a dedicated nurse, entrepreneur, and author whose vision was shaped by years of healthcare experience and the example of her mother, Rachel. Through her work in nursing, she has seen firsthand the importance of compassionate, dependable caregivers and the impact they have on patients, families, and communities.
